Hello,

Welcome to the Thomson Guards, Camp 91, Georgia Division, Sons of Confederate Veterans website.  We are extremely excited to have this platform to share more of our heritage and history.  Our southern Christian ancestry built a strong and prosperous country like no other in the world and we are proud to be part of it.

Where else in the world can one claim heroes like George Washington, Thomas Jefferson, Benjamin Franklin or John Adams?  These were outstanding individuals who promoted freedom, opportunity and rugged individualism.  And, though the political climate changed, later came the likes of Robert E. Lee, Stonewall Jackson, Jefferson Davis and Leonidas Polk.  All these were outstanding Christian men steeped in honesty, integrity, rectitude and honor.  All of these men were creatures of their time but lived lives of outstanding examples for future mankind.  Heroes all!

But, we Sons of Confederate Veterans, are witnessing the attack on white Anglo Saxon Christian men in our country today, like we could never have imagined.  With the 1980’s creation and promotion of Critical Race Theory many are believing that everything bad that has happened in this country is the fault of the white man.  And, unbelievably, the Marxist black minority, supported by the liberal mass media has dominated the conversation with this racist and destructive rationale.

Hopefully, this web site will help us share information so we better understand the problems we face.  In turn, this site will allow us to marshal our resources better than ever before.

If you are wondering whether the Sons of Confederate Veterans is the right place for you, please explore this web site to understand how your voice can be heard.  Read the editorials to see if you share common interests.  Then, if you agree, join us to fight back the liberal hoard and their warped ideas.  Every voice matters.  We need yours!

And, remember, there are a number of SCV membership types.  One does not necessarily have to prove lineage.  Explore this on our "Join" page.

Again, welcome to the Thomson Guards, Camp 91, 5th Brigade, Georgia Division, Sons of Confederate Veterans website.

Respectfully, and for the wonder of the South,
Tom Holley
